Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your oven leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I use wood and gas in the same oven?
Our dual-fuel models, such as the Dome and Roccbox, allow you to switch between wood-fired and gas-powered cooking. However, you should never use both fuel sources simultaneously.
Do Gozney ovens come with a warranty?
Yes, all Gozney ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty. This can be extended to a 5-year limited warranty if you register your product within 60 days of purchase.

How do I clean the pizza stone inside my oven?
To clean the stone, simply turn the oven to its highest temperature for 30 minutes to burn off any residue. Once cooled, use a soft brush to sweep away any remaining ash.
